Let me start by saying that we are a Boise family who remembers when the first coffee shop in Boise opened! I remember walking to coffee with my mom and aunts, and have watched as the coffee scene has boomed in Boise. I was so excited to discover the Slow River Coffee Truck this spring when I subbed during teacher appreciation week. The bright green truck was happily serving teachers delicious coffees from the school playground – what a treat!
I immediately called Sid and asked if he would be willing to park in our driveway for our daughter’s graduation party this May. Slow River Coffee was not only available, but they were excited to be part of our family celebration. They had perfect communication, were timely & professional, and catered to the needs of our guests – especially our graduate. They tracked down her favorite drink and made it especially for her that day! She was so happy, and our beautiful backyard was full of guests enjoying your amazing coffee.
